Welcome to your Senior year of high school. I am looking forward to working with you on making  this a great year. Check back here often for updates on important senior information.

Below are tentative dates as of Friday, Aug. 14, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year:

  • August 24: Baby Ad Sales & Yearbook Orders Begin

  • September 8: Cap and Gown Meeting (9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m.)

  • September 16: Makeup Pictures

  • September 23: College and Career Fair

  • October 1: Parent Info Meeting

  • October 9: Homecoming

  • October 21: Last Chance Makeup Pictures

  • November 6: Senior Night

  • January 1: Yearbook Orders Increase by $10

  • March 4: Announcement Pick-Up (11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.)

  • March 22: Pay for Senior Breakfast & Vote for Favorites

  • April 8 & 9: Cap and Gown Pick-Up (11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.)

  • April 15: Elementary Walk & Breakfast

  • April 24: Prom

  • April 28: MHS Walk & Cookout

  • May 3: Awards Assembly

  • May 14: Graduation

  • TBD: Baccalaureate

We are excited to celebrate the Mustang High School Class of 2026 at Bronco Stadium on Friday, May 15, 2026.

The ceremony will begin at 7:00 PM, with gates opening at 5:00 PM. No tickets are required for entry.

Parking will be available after 4:00 PM at Mustang High School, Mustang Horizon Intermediate, and Mustang Middle School. Families are encouraged to allow extra time for parking and entry.

Guests may enter through the Northwest, Southwest, or Northeast gates. Weapons detection systems will be in place, and all attendees should be prepared for standard entry screening procedures. Please note that re-entry will not be permitted once you leave the stadium.

Senior Walk

Dear Senior Parents and Guardians,

This is a reminder about tomorrow’s Senior Walk and Senior Breakfast schedule for Friday, April 17.

Please note an important time change: Senior Breakfast will now begin at 10:00 a.m. instead of 9:30 a.m.

Senior Walk Schedule

Seniors may visit:

  • All Mustang elementary schools
  • All Mustang intermediate schools
  • Mustang Middle School
  • Mustang North Middle School

Visiting hours for the schools listed above: 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Senior Breakfast

  • 10:00 a.m. (updated start time)

Mustang Central Middle School Visit

Seniors may visit Mustang Central Middle School from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. only.

Please note: Students will not be permitted into Mustang Central Middle School if they arrive outside of the 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. window.

Afternoon Classes

Any senior who has classes on campus tomorrow will be required to return for 6th, 7th, and 8th periods.

🎓 Senior Walk, Meeting, and Cookout Update! 🎓

Due to the high chance of rain on Wednesday, we are moving the Senior Walk, Senior Meeting, and Senior Cookout to Friday, May 2. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

👉 Here’s the plan for Friday:

  • 9:00 AM – Meet in the Event Center (wear regular clothes under your cap and gown)
  • 9:30 AM – Walk around MHS
  • After the walk – Senior Meeting in the Event Center
  • After the meeting – Head to the football field for the Senior Cookout! 

🔥 Hotdogs will be provided!
🥔 Boys: Bring chips
🍪 Girls: Bring cookies

Important: Please put your cap and gown somewhere safe after the meeting. Do not bring them to the football field.
