About the Scholarship Search Process...

  • The scholarship search process is a student-driven one.  It is the responsibility of the student and parent to identify and apply for relevant scholarships.  To assist our families with this process, we have provided the links and websites listed below.
  • Don't forget to check the website of each individual college or university that you are considering for information about specific scholarships offered by that school.  You will find information about these school-specific scholarships on the Financial Aid page of the school's website.

Individual Scholarships

We've taken our California student video contest and expanded it across the U.S. High school students are invited to create a fun and informative short video (60 seconds max) highlighting the ways special districts ‘Make the Difference’ in local communities across the US for a chance to win a scholarship. Additional prize money will be given to the teachers of the winning students to promote technology and support distance learning.

The IAPD Charitable Foundation was established in 1981 as a non-profit tax exempt corporation to provide scholarships at the undergraduate and graduate degree levels to employees of IAPD member firms and their children, as well as students enrolled in a professional sales program (major, minor or concentration).

Each year, worthy recipients are awarded up to US$5,000 to provide meaningful financial support for their college/university education.

At Addair Law, we are passionate about getting involved and supporting community members. We have a strong commitment to serving others and have seen how performing civic duties improves the lives of individuals and the greater community. People are generally inspired to give back to their community for many different reasons and would like to hear from students about what motivates them to give back or be active citizens. That is why we are proud to bring back our Public Spirit Scholarship.

The INKAS “Rising Star” is an annual award and scholarship program funded by the Khazanski Foundation in partnership with INKAS Armored Vehicle Manufacturing and awarded to post-secondary students showing excellence in both engineering and business fields of study.

There are two scholarships offered, where the recipient will be awarded $2,500.00 CAD each, within each field. These awards will be presented to the recipients at the INKAS® corporate headquarters in person or remotely, Toronto, Canada.

The Dr. Arthur A. Kezian DDS Science Scholarship will be awarding $1,200 to help deserving science students. Applicants are required to be high school seniors to graduate students in university, majoring in a science field and pursuing advanced education.

Each year, more than 4,000 high school students from across the country participate in the VFW Auxiliary’s Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest. The contest began in 1979 to recognize up-and-coming artists and encourage patriotism in youth. View the current National state winners or all the previous first-place national winners for Young American Creative Patriotic Art. This contest comprises only two-dimensional entries. The 3-Dimensional Patriotic Art Contest is exclusively for three-dimensional art pieces. 

The CMP will present not just one, but FOUR $5,000 scholarships that will be renewable for 4 years (Total value of each scholarship awarded: $20,000). The “Carolyn Hines Memorial Scholarship” will be awarded to the top graduating senior who best exemplifies Dr. Hines’ ideals. Three additional scholarships will be awarded to top seniors to commemorate the retirement of longtime CMP Board members Judith Legerski, Jon Bengston and Harry Sieben, who were all devoted to sustaining youth activities. The overall applicants will be determined by members of the CMP Scholarship Committee.

In continuing our commitment to helping members and their families achieve their educational goals and dreams, NAGE is proud to announce the 21st Annual NAGE Scholarships program.

Each year, one hundred scholarships in the amount of $500 each are awarded in a lottery.

To be eligible for the Arctic Chiropractic "Got a Spine Scholarship" a student must:

1) Be attending college or university no later than October of 2024.

2) Be attending college or university on a full-time basis by October of 2024.

3) Have achieved a GPA of 2.5 or greater during their last academic year.

4) Be a U.S. or Canadian resident.

5) Be attending a school in the U.S. or Canada by October of 2024.

6) Submit answers to the essay questions no later than 11:59 PM EST on the day of the deadline.

One of the great benefits of USBC Youth membership is the chance to earn college scholarships so you can pursue your dreams. More than $6 million in annual scholarships are awarded to youth bowlers each season based on academic, leadership and on-lane performances. 

To be considered eligible for the Odenza Vacations College Scholarship you must:

1) Be between the ages of 17 and 24 on September 1st, 2024.

2) Submit an answer to the essay question, which can be found on the application page, prior to the May 1st, 2024 deadline.

3) Have a GPA of 2.5 or greater.

4) Be a resident of the United States or Canada.

Your complete scholarship application will be automatically considered by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF). In addition, it will also be considered by several other organizations if you meet their scholarship requirements. So, a complete application may give you the opportunity to compete for several different scholarship awards. Please see the website for specific requirements for each organization’s awards.

SWE Scholarships support those who identify as a woman and pursue an ABET-accredited bachelor or graduate student program in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology, and fields related to engineering globally. In 2023, SWE disbursed over 330 new and renewed scholarships valued at more than $1,500,000!

Shinoda Foundation Scholarship

Each year, scholarships are awarded by the Foundation to undergraduate students specializing in some phase of FLORICULTURE. The object of the awards is to encourage good students to enter the domestic floriculture field; therefore, applicants should intend to work in some phase of COMMERCIAL FLORICULTURE in the United States after graduation.

Here at Rentec Direct, we recognize that the investment in knowledge pays the best dividends for the future. To further support the goals and dreams of future technology influencers, Rentec Direct developed a scholarship fund for students pursuing a career in Computer Science.

This year, AFSA celebrates the 100th anniversary of the United States Foreign Service. Over the last century, our diplomats and development professionals have been involved in groundbreaking events in history – decisions on war and peace, supporting human rights and freedom, creating joint prosperity, reacting to natural disasters and pandemics and much more. As AFSA looks back on this century-long history, we invite you to join us in also looking ahead to the future. This year students are asked to explore how diplomats can continue to evolve their craft to meet the needs of an ever-changing world that brings fresh challenges and opportunities to the global community and America’s place in it.

Though about 40% of the world’s workforce is women, according to data from the Inter-Parliamentary Union, only 25.7% of all national parliamentarians were female as of 1 September 2021. Because Zonta International believes that young women are the key to women’s advancement in the field of public service, it offers the Young Women in Public Affairs (YWPA) Award, which recognizes young women, ages 16-19, for demonstrating leadership skills and commitment to public service and civic causes, and encourages them to continue their participation in public and political life.

The program offers four 4-year, $8,000 post-secondary scholarships to students who are dependents of AFT members, as well as 10 one-time $1,000 grants to AFT members to assist with their continuing education and/or fund their proposed ideas to strengthen and grow their union.

Kochhar & Co. Chartered Professional Accountant was founded in 2011 by Biki Kochhar, a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, with a small office and a single staff member. Kochhar & Co. specializes in owner-managed corporations based in the Okanagan Valley, and has offices in both downtown Kelowna and Penticton.

Since its founding, one of the missions of NDTA has been "to support, conduct and assist programs of transportation education, science, research, and development, among private, industrial, educational and governmental agencies…" These programs required funding and, in 1961, the Association established the NDTA Foundation as a separate corporate entity to raise and provide the funds needed to accomplish this mission. A volunteer Board of Trustees supervises the Foundation's activities.

Tomorrow’s dairy leaders are here today, in classrooms, dairy youth organizations, at dairy competitions and on dairy farms across the country. The Dairy Shrine’s task is to encourage, stimulate and inspire them. Since its inception, Dairy Shrine has recognized the importance of laying a foundation for the future, and has constantly expanded its youth programs to capture and challenge the interest of outstanding dairy youth.

All Dairy Shrine scholarships and student awards are only for U.S. students attending schools, colleges or universities in the United States and majoring in dairy or other agricultural-related fields.

In order to lessen the financial burden on students in the CF community and keep focus on school, BEF will be awarding 20 students $10,000 scholarships each year, with the opportunity for more financial aid. The BEF Scholarship committee considers the applicant’s scholastic ability, character, leadership potential, service to the community and need for financial assistance.

1) Be currently attending or planning on attending a post-secondary institution in the US or Canada by the Fall of 2024.

2) Submit a short story. Detailed instructions can be found on the application page.

3) Have a GPA of 2.5 or greater.

4) Be a resident of the United States or Canada. 

ANS student members are the future of the society and we believe in rewarding our members for their academic, service, and leadership excellence. ANS scholarships are awarded to applicants that have personified the high standards set by the Society and since 1979, over $6 million in scholarships have been distributed.

Scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen, undergraduates, and graduate students, and are distributed at the beginning of each school year. Evaluation is based upon numerous factors, such as, academic excellence, leadership within the ANS, references, career goals, and financial need.

Pretty Lightroom Presets recognizes the importance of higher education and the role it plays in our personal and professional fulfillment.   That’s why we are so excited to continue our Pretty Presets for Lightroom $500 annual scholarship.  This ongoing scholarship provides college and university students an opportunity to earn money to further their education and achieve their goals!

Becca's Closet Scholarships

Becca’s Closet awards 3 types of non-renewable scholarships. The purpose of these scholarships is to encourage students who have demonstrated outstanding community service in high school to continue their efforts throughout their lives and to inspire others to do the same.

ASHRAE High School Senior Scholarships

Four one-year $3,000 scholarships available to undergraduate students enrolled full-time in their first year of college in a pre-engineering, engineering, or engineering technology program leading to a bachelor’s degree in a course of study that traditionally has been a preparatory curriculum for the HVAC&R profession.  Applicants must be high school seniors with a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a scale where 4.0 is the highest and/or a class standing of no less than the top 30% and accepted into an engineering, pre-engineering, or engineering technology program at a post-secondary educational institution that meets at least one of the following criteria:

  • the institution hosts a recognized ASHRAE student branch ASHRAE Student Branches
  • the program is accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) www.abet.org or the Partnership for Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Accreditation (PAHRA)  
  • the program is accredited by an agency outside the USA that is a signatory of The Washington Accord or The Sydney Accord
  • the program is accredited by an agency that has a signed Memorandum of Understanding with ABET.

To be eligible for the Lift Parts Express Scholarship you must be either:

  • A Current Senior in High School or a Freshman or Sophomore in College/University
  • Be a legal resident of the United States or Canada
  • Enrolled or expected to be enrolled by the Fall of 2024
  • Submit a completed online application form prior to the deadline.

The Army Scholarship Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to providing college scholarships for undergraduate study to deserving children of current and former members of the U.S. Army, and to spouses of currently serving soldiers.

Founded in 2001 by a group of U.S. Army veterans, the Foundation is dedicated to assisting sons, daughters, and spouses of soldiers in achieving their educational dreams. It is staffed entirely by volunteers and keeps operating expenses extremely low so that 98% of donated funds go toward scholarships.

A: To be considered for the scholarship, you must meet all three of the following requirements:

  1. You are a high school senior or high school graduate starting your first semester of college in the United States.
  2. You are planning to attend a four-year college or university.
  3. You have a diagnosis of narcolepsy or idiopathic hypersomnia (confirmation of diagnosis by a medical professional is required).

The Organization of Latino Actuaries (OLA) furthers its mission of increasing the number of Latine actuaries by awarding academic scholarships to Latines who will be attending a US college/university next school year and are interested in the actuarial profession.   The scholarship applications are open from December 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024.

Applications are evaluated on various criteria including, but not limited to, academic performance, commitment to pursuing the actuarial profession, exam progress, work experience, and leadership experience. Finalists for both the named and general scholarships are expected to be selected by mid-June.

Sttark is excited to award a $4,000 scholarship to a U.S. high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who is willing to open up and unbox their life in a creative 5-minute video. The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War awards two $2,500 scholarships annually for tuition and books to high school seniors and college students (male or female) contingent upon their enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university prior to December 31st of the year the scholarship is granted.

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and American Indians Committee offer many scholarship opportunities. Each scholarship opportunity has its own individual criteria and may require specific documents to be uploaded into your application. The scholarships opportunities range from nursing, medicine, occupational or physical therapy, law, business administration, English, math, chemistry, music (voice or piano only), American history, history, government, American Studies, historic preservation, horticulture, and elementary and secondary education. Two scholarships are specifically for Native American students (you must provide proof of membership in a federal or state-recognized tribe) and over twenty of the scholarships opportunities are for graduating high school students, college undergraduate students, or graduate students. Two scholarship are specifically for DAR members or DAR-descendants/dependents (you must be able to provide the DAR member’s name, national membership number, and your relationship to the DAR member).

School-Specific Scholarships

Each year OSU-Oklahoma City awards tuition waivers based on academic excellence. Our tuition waiver programs are extensive and we offer competitive awards for full-time as well as part-time students.

To apply for ALL scholarships, students will need to only submit ONE application for the academic year. This includes ALL Foundation, Leadership, and Tuition Waivers scholarships. We encourage you to complete and submit your application at your earliest convenience in order to receive priority consideration.
